About Me

I am a psychotherapist trained in the pluralistic approach to therapy. I offer clients a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space.

I am passionate about helping clients overcome issues they might have been struggling with for months, or even years. Many of us experience difficulties in our lives and that is when therapy can help. I believe the process of therapy is different for each client. My approach to therapy is that my client and I work closely to agree on the best way forward. I have found my approach to be successful for many clients.

As a pluralistic counsellor I can draw on a range of methods and understandings to try and tailor the therapy to the individual client – based on the client’s needs and what the client thinks may be most helpful.

About Therapy

Working Together,
Towards Understanding

If you are experiencing a challenging stage in your life, feeling overwhelmed, finding it hard to cope, experiencing mental or emotional distress, feeling dissatisfied with life, have lost your sense of purpose and direction, are struggling with your mental health, or simply wishing to undertake some self-exploration; then therapy can provide a time and space for reflection, exploration, support and understanding.

Sometimes it’s difficult to move forward in life. I believe you can reconnect with life to find a more peaceful and happier way of being through counselling.

Whatever it is that brings you to therapy, I am committed to supporting you in your potential to heal, grow and work towards achieving better emotional well-being and mental health.

I will provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings about any area in your life, in order for you to gain new insights and facilitate change and growth

I have a diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice (Level 5) and a Hypnotherapy Diploma.
